PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Adjustable rail clamp is a rail fixing scheme designed for heavy rail. Its greatest feature is that it has a very low height after installation and can fix the rail on the beam on the narrowest steel plate foundation surface. This can reduce the installation cost to the greatest extent and can also meet the use of all cranes with horizontal guide rollers.

Vulcanized rubber tongue is equipped on the flexible track pressing plate to greatly reduce noise and improve working environment while pressing the track.

The pressing plate has a self-locking function, and is automatically locked by tilting the upper part and the lower part on both sides under the action of a wedge-shaped structure.

The most advantageous mount size can be provided.  During installation, the steel beam does not need to be perforated, and the bolts do not need to be perforated from under the steel beam, only need to be welded to the steel plate foundation surface of the support guide rail, and the upper pressing plate and the welded base are locked together by grade 8.8 bolts.

The flexible track pressing plate can well control the allowable deviation of the steel rail and the crane beam, and provides great convenience for lateral adjustment of crane track installation or maintenance.

MAIN APPLICATION:

Rail clamp is applied to crane rail flexible fixing system. Its only function is to compact and fix the rail. It is usually welded on I-beam, and sometimes it is also used on steel plate embedded in concrete.
